I cannot resist shadows, so when I saw this effect this afternoon of the sun shining through the blinds in the living room, I had to grab my camera and take a few photos.
And here is another one from today. It is just a coincidence that today was a day full of contrasts.
I am not a lover of curtains, but have them in the bedroom and my office, Sometimes you get some interesting contrasts when the sun is shining.
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain!

I’ve interrupted conversations to snap shadows on the wall. Rude I know yes? Like your shadows. the Cows are Perfect light and dark too 😀

And I have had a few near accidents because I rather took a photo than looking where I was going – the problems of a photographer are unmeasurable, but the main thing is we get the picture we want. Thanks for the compliment.

It is the time of year. Cold and cloudless outside and the sun shines through the half closed blinds. I always have the camera. I capture everything everywhere.

They were half closed because the sun was so strong and then I noticed the reflections.

Shadows are wonderful partly because they’re transcendent – they exist but not really. To capture them in a photo is proof but you can never hold them in your hand – a fabulous enigma.

I don’t have curtains,no necessary with the blinds, so we always get a good contrast effect when the sun shines.
