There is no soirée, no gathering of sorts
We risk contamination, so the news reports
It was going to be an Easter party
With chocolate eggs and bunny
Someone tried to eat the head
But no-one thought it funny
We were all keeping our distance
with a two meter space
We were throwing eggs across the room
and trying to keep our pace
Eating chocolate with a mask
became quite messy work
Everyone resembled a clown
Showing a silly smirk
An Easter to remember and never to forget
But something with a difference
We will beat this virus yet

As kids we always ate our way up and sometimes kept the head intact for weeks….. WITH THE EARS!

I didn’t really know where to start so I just hit the head on a hard surface and it fell off.
