Living in Florida I have never been successful with Orchid. I’m thinking too much heat and sun. . . . just saying, I’m jealous. Claudia

It took a time, but it s now successful for me.

Once they get going, they REALLY get going. Mine were almost constantly blooming for two years — and then they needed new soil, bigger posts, fertilizer and a nice long sleep. I’m very impressed with what you’ve done because I remember when you were sure you’d never get them to bloom. It’s all about patience, isn’t it? Congratulations on your orchids … and as for the rest of life? Just keep breathing.

That is true. As soon as the flowers are finished a new stalk apears with new flowers.
