  1. In South Africa phlox looks different … bwdIk (= but what do I know?!). Anyway, it takes me back.
    We lived in a cul de sac which resembled the street from the then popular tv-series “Knot’s Landing”(a spin-off of “Dallas”). I was a new area and all the houses were bought by young couples and we socialised a lot. We used to call our street “Phlox Landing” (and everybody planted some). ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Phlox subulata, creeping phlox. Although it is popular in most regions, I rarely see it. Common phlox is even less common, and just appeared in one of our landscapes by chance a few years ago.
