I know it is not a flower. I assume there were once flowers, but not very conspicuous. It grew on the edge of my garden, in the place where I distribute seed for the birds during the winter. In this case it is something that escaped from the bag and grew. I usually only get cannabis seeds growing, but this is really something special. Inside each dainty pod there is a a very tiny little yellow seed. I am sure my garden will be full of them next year.
Sounds like millet. There are so many “volunteers” in my yard it isn’t funny!

I ought to have a lot of growth from fallen seeds, but for some reason, I don’t. I think the birds eat ALL the seeds they can and the squirrels eat the rest. Nothing left to grow!

I have a few paving stones and the seeds fall in between and begin to grow during Summer
