I got a bit disgruntled when this guy deided to park his taxi as I was on my way home from the golden oldie place where Mr. Swiss lives. I cannot really blame him, he had just brought one of the patients back to the home from a hospital visit. They are special vehicles made for people with mobility problems. He saw me and said just a few minutes. He eventually drove off and I could continue on my way.
