This is mainly for the ladies, although it can, as an exception, be something relating to a man, although very rarely. Who does not know the feeling when your day and evening is filled with unwanted visits to the toilet to pass water. A few drops leave the body, combined with pain and you search for help, for a remedy, which usually lies in a visit to the doctor where you are given antibiotics. This has been the story of my life, since I was 20 years old and is called cystitis. Books have been written about the problems, with helpful suggestions for pain relief and improvement. It is apparently not serious, although can become serious without proper treatment. In my older years it has improved. Instead of an attack 1-2 times a month, it is now 1-2 times a year perhaps if I am lucky. An operation helped me, not for cystitis, but otherwise, with the removal of a few unwanted organ, but that was more coincidence.
My last attack was last week. I managed to visit the doc, she gave me my antibiotics and now everything under control, I hope. I am sure I am not alone with this misery, so I will not go into details according to why and how. At the age of 80 I find it is time for this horror to stop. There are home remedies to help, drink a lot etc. etc. and others. It would interest me to know if somehow has an ideal solution. I am now examining literature on the subject. Many books have been written with helpful remedies. It is particularly annoying when an attack occurs at the week-end or when you have no oppotunitiy to visit the doc, and there are other solutions.
Any advice for fellow sufferers would be appreaciated.
I’m lucky. I don’t have it. But if I did, I’d drink cranberry juice, and drink a lot of fluid!

Apparently four fromm 5 women are affected. I seem to be one of the four. I drink Cranberry juice daily since many years and also drink regularly. It has become part of my daily routine.
