
Saturday evening and I usually cook something more on that evening for my son and I, although not too exhausting. This evening it will be lasagne, but not made myself. I have made them myself often, but the work is not worth the result when it is just for two people, generally when I invite, and that is something I no longer often do. No, this evening it is a bought lasagne from the Swiss supermarket, but we have discovered they are very tasty and above all very spicy. We like our food with a certain punch, some chilli in the recipe, but not too much. I recommended this lasagne to a good friend. She looked a bit doubtful but afterwards confirmed that it was the best ready made lasagne she had eaten and so that is on the menu this evening.
Making it myself means a meat sauce, and a sauce bechemel and layering it in a cooking form. This has already been done by the ready made version and very tasty: just 30 minutes cooking time and it is ready.
