FOWC with Fandango: Queue

If you have to wait for anything then you form a queue and if anyone decides to jump the queue it is almost a criminal offence. Queues actually only began during the war according to my mum. Everything was on short demand, rations were common, and anyone who decided not to queue or jump the queue was the source of an argument. The queue logic remained in England and it even spread to other countries.

The queue in the photo was at an ice cream seller, in Summer in our local town. Everyone was patiently waiting to get their refreshment.

And here you can see the Brits, in London, waiting patiently at the local bus stop. No-on pushes, all are waiting calmly.
