My garden is full of crocus. The are sprouting everywhere, in all their colours. I have never had such a wonderful show. The sun is shining, although temperatures are still a little on the cool side, 5-10°C during the day, but no more snow and the rain is also staying away. The nice thing about the crocus is that they appear every year at the same time, and even multiply. It began with just a few flowers, and now they are everywhere.
That is how crocus should be. They like the cool winters there. That is why the multiply.

The same is happening with my snowdrops. They are now everywhere and began with just a small patch.

Yes, that is what they should do (unless they become invasive).

I don’t mind such pretty flowers invading my garden. I am not longer as active as I used to be, and I do not mind if they take over. The hostas will be growing soon and then you see nothing from the first flowers.

When some of our flowers take over one area, we dig and relocate the excess to another area where they will be an asset to the landscape. It works out to our advantage.

So pretty. Our azaleas are starting to bloom here.

Azealeas are not so many here. It depends probably on the local climate. Our lowers have to survive through snow and ice in Winter to appear again.
