No syrup here unfortunately, just the raw product – sugar beet. It grows here and is collected and taken to the place where it is converted to the finished product of sugar, and afterwards we can melt it on a heat to change it into syrup.
I remember in my younger days my mum would always buy Golden Syrup, in the store. It was in a metal can and as I kid I would love spreading it on bread – probably not so healthy, especially not for the teeth,
