RDP Thursday: Peaceful

Nothing more peaceful than our local Jura mountain chain – no movement, just still with some clouds hanging over them, now a little cloudy, but the sun appears in between. I visited Mr. Swiss in his golden oldie home but am now at home. My No. 1 son has departed for town and so everything peacuful at home. We have a national holiday today in Switzerland for Ascension Day, but no great exditement and that suits me. Just me and the computer and background music from my radio. I do not need excitement.

I will probaby make something to eat in 1-2 hours and spend the evening with a book. The busy day begins again tomorrow with an online delivery of groceries from my local store.

At the moment I am occupied with my son. I have been on the search for him for a new workplace. It is a small company where he works, and the owner is now 70 years old, time for him to retire and lead a peaceful life. I am now on the search for a new workplace for my son, but as he is handicapped, autism, it does not work as for the others. In a way it is better as our country does have special steps for my son. Yesterday we visited the recruitment centre and it does no look so bad. He is now 56 years old and needs work for the next 7-8 years. With help from his brother, me and otherwise various organisations it is looking quite promising. My son has worked in the industry for the past 30-40 years and has very good recommendations for his work. He still has three momths in his job, so one thing after the other.

Wishing everyone a peaceful evening.
