I do not have to unwind after a demanding day. I no longer have demanding days, I am a golden oldie and take it easy. If I have to do something, I either postpone it or do it later. Today was the day for my foot care. My podologue, did the necessary. Luckily the lady that helps me with the care of my appartment is also a qualified podologue. She arrived with all her tools and two hours later I had again perfect feet. Admittedly they are not the winners in a beauty contest, but they support me during my life.

Now I am unwound and will complete the day with reading further in my book, writing a little on my blog and cook the evening meal for myself and my son. Demanding days are in the past, when I was a working woman, although I then was paid for the demands. Today I do it all for nothing.
