Today I have absolute no inspiration for clump. So here is a photo of my daily frugal breakfast: an avocado and a slice of bread with small clumps of cottage cheese on it. It might not look appetising, but at the moment I am on a health trip as I have been having problems with blood pressure. I am diabetic as well so I just combine the two. It might look a bit drab and tasteless but I like it. There is also my cup of peppermint tea to wash it down with.
Getting old is not fun, but I do my best. I think I am becoming quite a health expert with everything I eat. Mornings are not so good, but as the day goes by I feel a little more fit and my fatigue disappears slowly as I move and keep myself busy. My physio therapist, Alex, was here this morning. He gives me exercises which I really practice. He even told me that from his MS people, I am the star of the group, although I must say I do not always feel so fit.
He is a nice guy and although he is only half an hour with me, I a glad for his help and support. It is always nice to have a 35 year old visitor bringing some fresh air into my humble life.
I don’t like avocado! I do hope you enjoyed it though. And i’m glad you feel less fatigued as the day progresses!

I no longer really have likdes and dislikes. If I feel the benefit of what i eat then I am happy. My likes have now disappeared with connections to my health situation.

Not a fan of cottage cheese, but I do like avocado! This diet is working for you and that is what counts.

Funny coincidence speaking to my No. 2 son yesterday on Whatsap. He also eats cottage cheese for breakfast. He is now 50 years old and takes care of what he eats.

The and results are there when I check my blood pressure and I otherwise feel better – not perfect but I noticr I am getting there. I jusr wish that the fatigue in my legs and movement pains would also reduce themselves, but that is MS – you cannot have everything, but you can help.

Wise words — you can’t have everything, but you can help. Yep.
