I quite like a sandwich, but I usually eat them straight away and have no time to take a photo. One of my favourites is egg and tomato, but with a good sprinkle of pepper to spice it up. I am not so bothered with salt, although I like a touch of Aromat – a Swiss salty spice and of course, the bread with genuine butter. As we say in Switzerland before we eat “En guete”.
