Jokes seem to be a thing of the past. My dad was always ready for a joke. Now and again a joke might appeal to me, although my sense of humour is not for everyone.
I always found this one from Dave Allen about the last place at the cemetery quite funny, but again my weird sense of humour probably.
All our cats had their own collar, although they never really got lost, They always knew where there would be food and always came home. It was so long ago, but if I remember rightly they had their name and address on the collar and they also had a small bell on the collar.
