When we moved into our appartment it was 30 years ago and our block was alone with other appartments. However, in the 30 years a lot of action has happened. I think I would now be able to construct a home myself, after watching our estate being enlarge with many new buildings. It is amazing today that a new building only takes 1-2 years to build with all modern comforts. Our building is now almost become ancient in comparison with our new surroundings. Once the foundation is completed, the remainded takes only few months to complete.
