We do not have such a big celebation here in Switzerland for Halloween with bones, skeletons and other such objects. A few efforts had been made over the years to introduce it but with no success. However, who needs plastic skeletons when you can have the real thing.

The foundations for a new building were being made next to our block and look what was discovered. I took the photo myself, a skull appeared amongst the dirt. It was quite a sensation, but it seemed that many years ago this was a gallows for criminal elements and the remains were just buried where they fell, and so this skull appeared. Naturally the authorities were informed and everything was organised. It was not only a skull but a few other bones as can be seen in the photo. Further building work was made, but nothing more was discovered.
