It does not seem possible that I have had this machine since 2006, a record and it still works perfectly. Now and again there might be a small problem, but nothing serious. Just last Thursday I thought the marchine had decided to die. After the wash finished there was a pool of water on the floor, next to the flap.

I phoned the company and the lady said someone will come on Monday. She will give me more details about when on Monday. Already on Sunday evening I got a message to say the guy would come between 8.00 am and 8.45 am on Monday morning. Already this morning I got another e-mail at 7.45 am to say the guy was on his way and would arrive in a few minutes. I found this really good service. I remember the time when you could be happy to know the exact time he would arrive.

He was here before 8.00 a.m. and said no problem. He was in the cellar with the machine and said he would give me a ring at the door when he was finished. After half an hour he had replaced the holder for the washing powder and examined everything else. He said the machine was now OK, although the next thing that would probably break down would be the motor. It could be tomorrow or in a few years, that would be difficult to say with such a veteran machine. I am now happy with the machine and hope for the best.
