If it is not wet or soggy, then you have to make it wet and soggy. We are having drought similar situations in Europe, so spread a little water which is what I did. My parched garaden was happy. We have daily weather forcasts telling us about storms and rain, but they do not happen. On a rare occasion the sky is clouded and it looks like it will happen, but five minutes later the spook is over and we return to the hot sunny days, so I make my own soggy splashes in the garden. I am sure the neighbours think I am crazy, but who cares.
