RDP Thursday: Bottleneck

Our nearby town is apparently the oldest in Switzerland, or perhpaps one of the oldest. The main outline has remained. The roads have been widened naturally, as the romans only had chariots. However, there are still some bottlenecks. This is one on the way into town from our village. They could not move the church so had to make a detour around it. I manage to get through on my scooter and walking would be no problem. As you can see, would it not be for the extension on the church there would actually be no great problem, but the Romans did not know the meaning of bottleneck, they probably only drank from flasks.
