Our store was full of them, susupended in time, sea gulls everywhere. Now that’s it, I thought and poised in the middle of the path, facing upwards with my camera of course I took a photo – two actually.
And I just had to take a photo of that one. I am definitely not a vegetarian, but still sprout up everywhere. Sitting in our car with this in front, it was an invitation for my camera. Luckily I have an app on my photo programme where I can render details unreadable, otherwise it could be a bit problematic.
And the donkey said “what do you think, shall we make a run for it”, but the bull dog replied, “my legs are too short”.
I was in No. 1 son’s room and saw these on a shelf and just had to take a photo – they were born to be an odd ball.
Life is never boring at the red light. Even their mirrors might show an odd ball.
When one of our builders asks to enter our hobby room in the basement so that he can get to the metal guard to the window in the wall, then you have to smell oddball somewhere. After the grid was removed one of the workers was balanced on the edge doing something to the wall. Me, I went down to the hobby room, opened the window and held my camera facing upwards.
Where there is a builder at work, there is always an odd ball. This guy was sealing the insulation of the wall in front of my window, so I had to take an action photo.
I had to work this one out myself. I took the photo whilst waiting at the dentists. Mr. Swiss explained that it is actually a clock. The illuminated words tell the time. However, it is all in Swiss German dialect. What it says is “Füf ab haubi viere” which translated means 25 minitues to five and it is correct – simple really 🙂
And I found this in one of the thick walls of a tower at the corner of the town walls of the old town of Solothurn, Switzerland. It is the Muttiturm (tower) where there is a theater inside. It really looks like you are viewing the inside of the tower onto the stage of the theater, but it is only a photo embedded in the wall.
Sometimes photos just do their own thing and you are surprised yourself. The workman was making noise in front of my window, removing some bits and pieces from the house front, and I took the photo through the window. An odd ball of work.
I had to park “Fred” in the garden to get him to safety whilst the workmen were busy. He has settled in well and decided to stay there for the summer. Even garden ornaments deserve to get away from it all now and again.
And I am sneaking another one in from my youngest son. He was again at a conference last week. This time in Edinburgh, Scotland and this is one of the photos he took.
If you gotta go, you gotta go, even if you are working on a building site.
I have got used to this sort of thing in front of my window – bulding work!
I think he was waiting for his friend, he said meet me next to the big flower pot on the right.
Odd Balls are everywhere, even in the kitchen. Yesterday I was preparing mushrooms. I always buy them fresh and select them myself. Mr. Swiss selected them this time and this one, or is it three, was also in the bag. I naturally had to take a few photos.
It cannot get odder than this when you live on a building site. This path used to be so easy to walk through, now you really have to be careful. Even the wires disappeared into the drain.
I saw these two bears in the local supermarket. They were preparing for their first flight in a balloon.
