I was at the local weekly market this morning and saw this wonderful selection of echinacea in various colours. I only really know it in pink but here there seemed to be a selection of all colours.FOTD 9th July 2022: Echinacea
It has a few different names, one being a cone flower, but if you stick to the latin one you are always right. When my garden was renewed I lost my echinacea but my gardener planted one for me in my raised bed. It is the first time it has flowered and I watched it developing. there are still 4-5 buds forming on the plant, so what could be better.
