Built in the 17th century by the von Besenval family and later used as the Summer residence for the French Ambassor to Switzerland. Situated on a hill overlooking the village of Feldbrunnen. Now belonging to the Kanton of Solothurn and used for wedding receptions, workshops, lectures and exhibitions.
How well preserved and presented the Castle Waldegg at Feldbrunnen is! Some of the furniture and decors are quite exquisite.
Thank you for showing them here, angloswiss!
