You are getting two for the price of one today. My wonderful neighbour just brought me a plate of fresh figs from her husbands family tree in their garden. I must admit I have never eaten a fig fresh from the three and it was delicious. I have a few of them for later and also for my son. I told Mr. Swiss on the telephone and he has also reserved one for tomorrow. They are really delicious and quite rare in Switzerland. We can only buy the prepared figs in the stores, but nothing as fresh as this.
