They have been growing in the same place for at least 20 years

That is impressive. I do not grow tulips because they are not reliably perennial here. They prefer more of a chill than they can get here.

I know and you’ve had them a long time, so you’d know. But they look a LOT like wild poppies, though I’m betting they are bigger. Wild poppies are a bit on the small time.
