It is that time of year aqain. I do not know how they arrived in my garden, but I am glad they are there.The flower every year in March – a wonderful splash of colour.

They flower every year in my garaden.

Is that what these are? I have them all over our gardens and I never knew what they were. I call them “little purple flowers,” but I recognize that leaf shape. It spread everywhere and it’s very pretty. Thank you! I have had it for years and could not identify it. Every said “Oh, just some kind of ground cover,” probably because they don’t know what it is either!

They just appeared in my garden and I also didn’t know what they were so I went on a search and found them in internet, I like them and they return annually.

I am betting that they were imported from somewhere else because I don’t think they are native to this region. But they are pretty.
