We have two cinemas in our town. This one is in the middle of town and the other just outside. We Brits still tend to call them films, although Movie is OK, we understand it. Otherwise it must be at least 20 years since I actually ventured into a cinema. I think the last film I saw was “The Shining” and before it “Yellow Submarine” and each time it was because for some reason our TV gave up the ghost and Mr. Swiss said let’s go to the cinema. I do not even watch a film on TV today, no time. My only interest in the movie world is the music themes. All the film stars I used to like all seem to be no longer living and I am out of touch with the new movie stars. What a boring life I lead, but I always have something to do.

It is more than 12 years since we have gone to see a movie. 2hen I go to the library, I turn the pages of a movie magazine and find that I do not know anyone 😊. I do not watch any TV serials. I love to read and listen to audio books on Librivox. They have a good collection. I am listening to The Three Musketeers . And I like listening to talks on our epics and Vedas. How are youand family?

Since living alone with my husband in a senior home I no longer watch TV also and read books, although do not have audio books. I quite enjoy my new life.
