Fiction Writing
I am Ahmed Abdi, a Wordpress blogger and storyteller who searches for stories that inspire people. I love writing because it’s a reflection of how I perceive the world around me. Lost in a world of endless chaos in my childhood, Unforgettable moments of tragedy and triumphs taught me the art of storytelling where I found myself through letter writing and then turned into stories but then sadly had lost everything I wrote for years. In 2018, I decided to create a Wordpress blog site that would allow me to store and retrieve every piece. Stories from my community, city and people are what make my writing so interesting and inspiring! I’m a tea lover so a cup of tea sometimes makes my blog.

They are just beautiful. GREAT to see some color!!
We had our one day of winter. It dropped below zero for ONE day and this morning, the temperature was back up in the 50s. Was that it for winter? I don’t miss the ice and the snow, but I think we have lost our seasons. People all over the world are noticing that the seasons are seasonal anymore. I guess climate change has come and the climate has already changed. The question is how much more will it change.

It certainly looks like it. Our Winter was milder than usual. The snow tried a little, but nothing like it usually is. I even ventured into town at the week-end where I got my photos in the store of the flowers. Am hoping to get out more now..

I have to admit, I don’t mind NOT having snow. I don’t have to worry nearly as much about falling on ice and slush. I do wonder about what will happen with all the seasons. Winter has been more like spring. Will summer be blazing heat? It was pretty bad last year.

I dislike snow as I cannotgo anywhere, far too dangerous. We had a very hot summer last year, although that didn’t bother me so much as it did rain on between.

All we can do is wait and see. We’ve been having the same weather. I’m sure there’s a reason — I just have no idea what the reason IS.

I figured they were waiting until they could shoot it down safely. They did it over the Atlantic. It was HUGE and full of exactly what everyone knew was in it: spy equipment. So our Sec State cancelled his trip to China and we are refusing to sell technology to the Chinese — which they really REALLY don’t like. It’s a huge big deal here, but also in Europe.
