They do not look so optimistic, but the carnival masks in this exhibit make the local people very optimistic. It looks like our carnival season has reaturned after two years of disappearance due to the Covid threat. We are again allowed to celebrate, turn the night to day and have a procession through the street. Personally I am not a carnival person, but those that are will again be celebrating and the children especially will be having fun.
