This strange looking object, a police camera, was parked in front of our garage a few years ago. I decided it was worth a photo. However, I did not get taken into custody for speeding. Opposite our garage entrance is a road and that has a speed limit. The police certainly make sure that no-one steals their cameras: it was bound with chains to stop the photographic evidence being removed I assume.
