RDP Wednesday: Customary

Nothing out of the ordinary for this time of the year. The trees are going naked and dropping their clothes everywhere. In a month it will all be forgotten and we will probably be clearing away the snowfall instead of the leaves. For us in the northern hemisphere, and for those at the equater? There trees will still be green and snow will be something you only see in a picture book.

  1. This is so pretty. We had two sugar maples in our front yard (that were, sadly, taken down by a hurricane). The one closest to our front walkway had golden leaves just like this. When the leaves fell, I called it my golden carpet. My husband called it a royal pain in the neck to rake.
