Today the gardener was here and tidied up the garden. At last I could see my sedum and rudbeckia without being covered by the reed growing next to it.

I’ve been working in my garden, too. I have some weird ground covering that I’d not seen before–plus, it was flowering to make more ground covering! I put a halt to that yesterday, but I will be keeping an eye on it. Your sedum is beautiful!
