  1. I love ALL rudbeckia – for next year I hope to find one with large dark reddish flowers, you could take them for small sunflowers….. but I haven’t found them this year.

  2. They look exactly like Black-eyed Susan which is (as far as I know) a wildflower. I wonder if they are really the same plant? Ah, okay. Closely related. Our are Rudbeckia hirta — while flowers that have been “tamed.” The main difference is that these tend to grow in clusters rather than single flowers, but they are also quite tall and sturdy.
