I arrived at the store on a shopping trip. I parked my scooter as always. Then it arrived and parked next to my scooter, a police car, no not a car, but a van. This was when I got curious. One of those nice young men dressed in a blue shirt with a gun in a holster left the van. The passenger door opened and a police lady, also dressed in a blue shirt with the accompanying heavy boots also left the van. I did not see her gun, although perhaps the ladies have a smaller version. They entered the store and I was relieved that I was not the object of their investigation and did not get a parking ticket or one for speeding through town. They entered the store and so I took the opportunity to take a photo of the police van.
I put on my mask and entered the store expecting to meet with a crime scene, but there was nothing. I suppose they have a problem deciding who is the crook when we are all wearing masks. What a disappointment. I expected that someone was holding the staff at gunpoint demanding the day’s takings, but nothing. There was no sign of the two police officers. I thought I would have something to write about. There is only one solution. They were called to the restaurant on the upper floor. Perhaps someone killed the cook as revenge for a bad lunch. I do not want to smplify the situation but I will keep an eye on the news this evening on the tele.

Perhaps one of them forgot their sandwich this morning?
