After 6-7 weeks of isolation I entered town yesterday. Lockdown finished a week ago although people did not really trust themselves to go in crowds onto the streets, we are also still facing a “keeping at a safe distance” system. However, I noticed immediately last week on Monday that the roads were again busy. In Europe people just cannot keep their hands off their cars. We can go out again, drive, release the exhaust fumes into the atmosphere, so let’s do it.
Is it the only pleasure we have? Countries now relaxing their coronus rules and regulations are now having to warn the population not to overdo visiting sights or outdoor places of enjoyment. The next item on the list will be to book a holiday somewhere. I am happy to be alive and not contracted this terrible virus.
