This evening I had an epiphany and it does not happen very often to me, at least I do not usually realise it. I was in the kitchen late afternoon early evening and suddenly everything was bathed in a red glow. It was not happening inside but outside, so armed with my mobile phone camera, of course, for a quick epiphany I ventured out, despite the fact that perhaps the Martians had landed, or one of our Swiss mountains had transformed itself into a volcano and was erupting.
No, nothing of the sort, just a “normal” sunset. I looked up towards the sky and this was what I saw, just in time for Fandango’s challenge.
And here is a photo from the other side. What could be better. They must have been having a party up there somewhere. We have a saying that when there is a red sky, Santa Claus is baking Christmas biscuits.
