Here,
Brammer is confusing and so is this hen
They know not where they are going
Here, there or even when
How can you write about it when you are not a Scot
They say that’s where the word comes from
Although it forms a knot
Perhaps an invention of Brahma
Who was a Hindu god
The chicken clucks and does not care
Its head begins to nod
You might find this poem quite silly
It really makes no sense
Nor does the word Brammer
So let us recompense
I know no longer what to write
to end this little ditty
The chicken decides to lay an egg
And shakes its feathers so pretty
Lol! Hilarious.

Great! I had the same reaction to “Brammer.”

Thanks for the support, it is so confusing for a golden oldie to find some sense in a word

I think it’s a pretty useless word. I wanted to write the long, depressing post that I did and then I replaced “excellent” (describing the bike rides) with “brammer” and called it good. Maybe not brammer but OK with me.

A new word is born in the English language. Hope the Scots do not get annoyed.
