    • I used to make lasagna now and again myself, but no longer. It is a lot of work and I am getting a little lazy in my elderly years. I might do it again one day if I have some inspiration.

  1. I was wondering, is the pasta homemade? Because I have a condition called celiac, I must stick to a gluten-free diet. In essence this means no wheat (and no barley, plus others.) If I used a gluten-free sheet of pasta, I’m certain that I’d have to make it myself. For just such reasons, I keep some gluten-free flour in the cupboard at all times. Thanks.
