I was going to guess rapeseed flowers but you got there before me. Can’t say i’ve ever seen any before but they would certainly brighten the day! 🙂

We have a lot of raps here because of the oil, but the flowers are a little larger

I remember seeing masses of them (raps) on a trip through the Czech republic – along with all the Hopfields of course! 🙂
