  1. Beautiful photos of coleus and of dogs. I have started collecting coleus for the different varieties after I discovered last winter that I could keep them alive and thriving in my sunny windows. So I am moving forward with coleus and ferns, which will be low maintenance and also give great satisfaction for lush foliage throughout the rooms or our home.

  2. SOMEDAY! I will grow these as houseplants. They were popular when I was a kid in the early 1970s. Our schoolteachers grew the on their desks. It was a very 70s type of plant, so it seems odd that they still fit into contemporary lifestyles!
