Living Like You is a site for people with MS, but with a difference. It is not full of advice or explanations, but written by people like you and me that have MS problems in daily life. It is written in a blog fashion and it helps you to confront the daily problems that can crop up in a normal life. It is sponsored by Novartis, one of the big Swiss chemical companies. and it helps you to realise that you are not alone in the world with your problems.
Do you believe in the afterlife? Reincarnation?
Who me? The one who finds everything follows a logical process (yes Mr. Trump I mean you as well). But it would be nice to return as my cat I must admit.
If you were or are a writer do you prefer writing short stories, poems or novels?
Too Much Sunlight OK, I have been there and done it, and am still there in Amazon which is more a miracle as anything else. I am not a professional writer, just did it to hold a book in my hands written by Pat Gerber, and I still have a few copies at home. It never became a best seller, and it was all in self publishing. Poetry is not my thing, at least not in a fantastic romantic wonderful way, just that it rhymes at the end of the line. A novel? Based on my experience of publishing a collection of short stories, no thankyou. The writing is the easiest part, but bringing it up to perfect condition for publishing? If I read it once, I read each short story one hundred times and still found a few mistakes. I would never do it again. I am too lazy, but it was nice when it lasted.
What inspired you this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
We at last managed to get our week-end organised for a visit to No. 2 son in the Kanton of Schaffhausen. Here a photo of the Rheinfall to prove it. It was a wonderful week-end and we enjoyed it very much. It was part of Switzerland I never really got to know and it was wonderful. Rows of small villages, a lot of sunflower fields and lots of vineyards. Yes that was an inspiration. And of course in a few weeks I will eventually become a grandmother – what could be better?
