Our local nurseries grow daisies in a wild range of colors. Apparently they put “edible” color in the water and the flowers suck it up and turn all these brilliant colors. Kind of amazing. I love daisies. Oh, they do the same with Chrysantemums, too.

Same here, although this daisy looks more ornamental than a normal average daisy, it is not so much the colour, but the style of daisy.
