Garden Ornaments 1203 (4)

Meet the frog king. He spent the winter in the cellar, but is now back guarding his territory in the garden.

I have no idea what this lonely chimney lookalike is doing overlooking our local river, but I am sure it has a purpose somehow.

Dogs have more toilets along the path, than humans. If you dog feels the urge, take a plastic bag, dispose of the recycling material and put it in the bin. Bravo doggy. It is regularly collected.

  1. I love the doggy bathroom pick up stations. I use to be on the homeowners board here in our park. One of the most frequent problems that came before the board is the issue of people not picking up the poop from their dogs. Most people got with the program, but we only offer bags and pick up from the dog park we had built. In the rest of our community when people walk their dogs which poop on people’s lawns the people are responsible for furnishing their own supplies, picking up the poop, and then carrying it home for disposal. I have watched out our big front windows and seen people look around to see if anyone is watching them. IF they see anyone they pick it up, if the don’t they quickly move off. Hugs

    • I don’t have a dog, but the dog owners I know always carry small plastic bags and you never see doggie waste laying around here. The doggie bins are everywhere on the walking paths.
