Do you prefer eating foods with nuts or no nuts?  

Chocolate

The only food with nut would be chocolate and I prefer my chocolate not so nutty. I like it plain and black, and from the fridge. I prefer my nuts pure, not stirred and salty.

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?

Definitely science fiction. I often live in another world and disappear now and again.

I am still working on my beamer, but unfortunately I still have to walk everywhere. I have not yet worked out how to dissolve my molecules and assemble them again in the right order. And there is this fly that keeps getting in the beamer. Said he had the leading role in a film once and someone stole his head, so he is still trying to find it – but not in my beamer :-). Things also keep disappearing, but that is mainly because I forget where I put them.

Who talks real sense to you?

My cat Tabby, but I do not always understand meow. Otherwise I listen to what Mr. Swiss says, but it is not said that I actually do what he says. That is the fun of it all.

Do you have a favorite board game?

No, I do not play board games. I only play Candy Crush on my iPad if I have nothing better to do, otherwise I read books.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

What happened last week? Nothing special, so I am being ungrateful again. I did not decimate the population of turkeys and nor did I have a black Friday, I just survived.

Now I am looking forward to a doctor’s appointment at 8.30 a.m. on Wenesday morning. Just a blood check, but I am not happy about the early morning appointment. Hope I do not fall asleep whilst she is doing the bloodwork, that would be embarrassing. 🙂

    • There are times when you have to look on the funny side of life. Being a Brit we have a wonderful sense of black humour, sometimes too black according to Mr. Swiss.

    • You get all sorts of chocolate these days. They even have chocolate with chilli, which really does not go together. My favourite are the Milk Flakes from Cadburys and I have now found a Brit shop in Switzierland online that have them at a reasonable price, so I will probably be treating myself. Swiss chocolate is OK, but for me a little too creamy.
      It would have to be science fiction, perhaps even horror, because you never know what it happening next.

    • Nuts is in the eye of the beholder and we are not nuts, just too intelligent for the rest. I quite like nuts, but have to be careful not to eat too many, they can become addictive.

  5. It probably wouldn’t be the first time someone fell asleep at the doctor’s office that early in the morning. I know that I’ve come near it myself. 🙂 I hope that all goes well with your appointment.

    • At least I can eat some breakfast before I go this time. In earlier days the doc could only do the test on an empty stomach, but with modern methods it has changed.
      I am working on the molcule thing. I almost got there, but there was a guy with big ears called Spock, so I decided it was not for me.

      • I’m glad that you’ll be able to eat breakfast beforehand this time.
        I always liked Spock. I had mixed feelings about being beamed anywhere. It would be my luck I would get put back together inside out or upside down. 🙂 Have a blessed day.

  7. I often think that there is something rather dubious about a teleportation device in that they break down matter copy the details and recreate it elsewhere. Does that mean that every time someone teleports they are killed and an identical clone with full memories up to that point are recreated or is it a simple a transfer of state under energy?

    • I will have to examine it in details and let you know. My cat Tabby has now said she wants to try it as well, so if my new photo shows me with pointed ears and whiskers, you know it does not work with passengers.
