A golden oldie writing a blog
She did it before in 2014
It’s a boring song in a daily prompt score
The words and sense is one big fog
Isn’t it stupid you probably think
Writing repeats after just one year
Been there done it all before
Someone pressing a button in a cyber world
But there is one born every moment
I thought I would write to have some fun
So I got a new computer to do it right
I did it wrong, not worth the fight
They don’t want my blogs that is for sure
It is stupid so I write no more
Not like repeats every year
Just ignore WordPress, there is nothing to fear
They are pressing another button in a cyber world
I think they are laughing at me
And now you have a new template, great and mighty
They forgot to do it to make it sightly
It’s only for the freaks that love to call
with a mobile, messaging they are having a ball
It’s not ironic, just plain mad
It sucks like Beavis and Butthead they said

I have written my song and that’s just fine
I don’t know Alanis or her song
I really don’t care, am probably doing this wrong
Why should I waste time on a blog with no sense

Wonderfully wicked response to the repetitious wordpress. Maybe we are on a merry-go-round, grabbing for the gold ring and finding it in our hand find that is a useless piece of metal. Maybe it could be pounded into a fork which is useful.

I realise that it is perhaps not a repeat for all, there are some newbies here. On the other hand if you want to choose a song then it really works less the second time around. I did not know the song the last time, forgot it in the meanwhile and it is now more than year old. These prompt people should really look at what they are dishing up.

I didn’t even know this WAS a song having never heard it. A classic? Really? Who says so? Anyway, I didn’t do this one the first time and didn’t do it today either. I really had nothing to say about it, but I enjoyed yours very much 🙂

I actually think there was a Beavis and Butthead that did this song and I KNOW they said, “He heh heh, that, uh, sucks. Change it! Change it!”
